Position Details

Joint General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Civil Execution)

• Experience Required: 20–30 Years
• Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / DCE
• Location: Assam

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 10+ years experience in executing Hospital Projects as In-Charge
• Overall responsibility for project execution
• Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely completion
• Developing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial limits
• Keeping clients updated on progress and addressing issues
• Enforcing site safety rules and statutory safety norms
• Ensuring construction work meets quality standards and specifications
• Managing and leading project teams to meet objectives
• Managing resources including construction materials, labor, and equipment
